How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address?
Address-change requests may only be considered before an order enters fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible at support@shopmavenwood.com .
Can I use another delivery address?
Yes. A shipping address may be different from the billing address, provided the full delivery information is entered accurately during checkout.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders may be sent using USPS or another available standard-ground carrier. The carrier may vary according to destination, fulfillment location and service availability.
Are orders processed on weekends?
Order processing and dispatch generally take place on business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not normally count toward the stated processing period.
